America's Cold Brew

Ingredients

8 fl. oz. chilled Haymaker Heavyweight coffee
1 fl. oz. Kentucky straight bourbon (or two if you're feeling extra patriotic)
1 tbsp Vermont maple syrup
Cream to taste (from Wisconsin dairy farmers)

Instructions

Brew Haymaker's Heavyweight roast with the French press method (to celebrate France's assistance in overthrowing King George, of course). Chill overnight. Then add 1 fl. oz. of Kentucky straight bourbon (or two if you're feeling extra patriotic) and 1 tablespoon of Vermont maple syrup. Finally, add cream to taste.

The Patriot's Pour-Over

Ingredients

1 tbsp Haymaker Heavyweight coffee
8 fl. oz. water
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg

Instructions

To get started, boil water in a tea kettle (or whatever you have laying around) and wait four minutes after you turn off the heat. Then pour it over 1 Tbsp (5g) of ground beans and 1 cup (8 fl oz or 240mL) of filtered water. Finally, sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on top for a firecracker finish.
