SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping on all orders unless consumer selects otherwise including UPS Ground. Buy 3 bags of coffee and get FREE shipping. All flat rate orders are shipped by UPS 2 Day Air with most deliveries occurring within 1-3 business days. Orders placed by 1 PM on a business day are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Using our network of warehouses, we cover 100% of the continental USA with shipping times within 1-3 business days. Please use our delivery date estimator tool to estimate when you will receive your package.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. (Holidays include all national holidays plus the Friday after Thanksgiving, December 24th and December 31st)
Please note the shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping delays can and do occur occasionally that are not within the control of Haymaker Coffee Company.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 Contiguous United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping time frames depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse, and the shipping option you choose.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Return
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of apparel and merchandise within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and arranging the return. The product must be in the same condition you received it and must be in the original box and/or packaging. If there is physical damage to the package or your feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for an equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please email us at support@haycc.com.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so before 3 PM EST on the day of placing your order, Monday through Friday (except Holidays). Cancellations can be made via email at support@haycc.com. Please note that if you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Address Corrections
Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. Please note that if you have an address correction after your order has shipped, Haymaker is not liable for refunding your order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, weather impacts, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience due to delays in shipping. We try to be as prompt and give the best approximate shipping days when asked.
Delivery Refusal or Return Pick Up & Return
If you refuse delivery of your order or request a return to the vendor, you will be charged a delivery refusal/return to vendor charge equal to 15% of the order plus a $25 per shipment return charge to cover the cost that we are charged by the carrier.
